“Sorry I’m late,” Kim whispered as she slid into the seat beside him.

Eric reached to the center of the table and grabbed a briefing package and handed it to her. After the briefing was over Eric stayed for a second briefing and Kim went back to her desk. When Eric came back, she quickly explained that her husband was out of town for a week and she had a hard time waking up. She said her husband always woke her up in the morning because she was such a heavy sleeper, that alarm clocks or phones wouldn’t wake her up.
