Susan was a well educated and, successful woman in her own right, but in the last year her career as a HR Manager had been put on hold for her husband, as he had been appointed Dean at the prestiges Boston College, it was in another state so this meant, not only had Susan given up her career but, also had to move away from all her friends and, family.

But she realised that this was an opportunity that her husband couldn't refuse, or the money they were offering and, well she loved her husband very much so she agreed to the move and, she would be able to start her career again, in the new location in the much colder, upper state Massachusetts.

That was 12 months ago and if you asked Susan now, would she do it again, you might get a different answer, to date the only position Susan was able to fill was a part time tutor and, guidance consular at her Husbands college, hardly the fulfilling position she had planned on, but there just may be a few more positions around the corner that were more to her liking.
