Rachel noted that the rest of the week, Lilly and her mother spent a lot of time together getting everything perfect for Saturday which arrived soon enough and it was a perfect early fall day with the sun shining warmly. Lilly had her up early and out in her father's large back yard setting up games for the kids and getting tables set up under a couple of large oak trees.

Rachel got to talk to him and true to her word to Lilly she said nothing about Emily. Rachel figured that he had been around the block a few times and could handle anything that came his way.
