Exiting the club, the fresh air hit me like a ton of bricks and I first now realized how drunk I really were. I had to stand still for a bit and get my bearings. I looked around and came to the conclusion that I, a 40 something woman, did not belong in this type of place. Even outside the club, there were so many people, all young, all so sexy and casual about life. If they only knew what us 'older' folk was capable of. Ha.

I turned right and began walking towards the taxi station. The wine sure had made an impact that's for sure. Or maybe I was dick-drunk? Oh no matter, I'm gonna have lots more of that before this night (morning?) was over.

I got into the passenger seat of the first cab in line gave the driver my address. He looked a little taken aback at first, but typed in the address and off we went. I realized later that it was probably customary to get in the back seat. Oh well, who cares.

It was about a 20 minute drive because of some construction in the city, so we made small talk. I get chatty when drunk but he didn't seem to mind. He glanced at me, as if he wasn't supposed to.
