I waited out front as Jen locked the door, we hopped into her jeep and headed down the driveway to the street. She pulled out swiftly driving like a madman. I quickly buckled my seat belt.

"Why are we going to dinner?" I asked.

"Why not, you need to eat don't you. I also have someone I would like you to meet later".

The tires squealed as she pulled around a corner and down the main street. The wheels pulled left a little then a hard right as she stopped abruptly in front of the restaurant. We got out and she handed the valet her keys. I followed her inside and she pushed passed three other couples waiting to be seated.

The manager recognized her instantly and waived her over we followed and he led us to a secluded table near the back of the restaurant. I sat down, the manager took her coat and held her chair for her to sit. She thanked him and handed him a bill, I didn't see to clearly but I'm sure it was a fifty.

"Notes on what?"
