Asha and I were still on the bed her head on my chest, when the phone rang. It was my watchman he sounded worried. He told me his sister who was at the hospital had some complications and needed to go through a c- section and he needed some money urgently. I told him not to worry and promised to come by in sometime and give it to him. I told Asha what had happened and told her I would need to go, she seemed disappointed but understood the gravity of the situation. I promised to call her when I got back.

It was quite late in the night by the time I got back from the hospital, but all the time I had Asha on my mind and what had happened between us, a smile that refused to fade. Asha too am sure was thinking about me, I had about a dozen messages from her already. I quickly showered and realized it was too late to call, so I sent her a message saying I was back home. I got an immediate reply. We decided it was not a very good idea me driving down to her place in the middle of the night incase some neighbor got curious, so we decided to meet the next day.

I opened the shop a little later than usual. I was about to pick up the phone and message Asha when I got a call from her, it was nice to hear her chirpy voice so early.
