After just two weeks of her hands-on patient care approach, Sandra Cummings, St Joseph's hospital's new administrator, was pleased with the results - as far as the day care went. She next turned her attention to the night-time care, what little there was of it. All the same, she wanted nothing less than for the hospital's patients to get a restful nights sleep.

To help with that, she turned to nurse Ingrid. A vivacious East European woman with wavy brunette hair and dazzling blue eyes, not that the patients would get to see them, however.
