I was just about to finish at work last Friday when the Sales Director appeared at my desk.

"Hi Tony. Could you do me a favour? "He began and then went on without waiting for an answer. "Can you deliver these documents to Sara for me please? I understand you live near her and she really needs a signed hard copy for her Monday meeting."
