Hey, I'm still alive!

It's been way too long but here's the start to a new story.

I have a new place to live. And rent-free too. My friend Catherine got accepted to a master's program in Canada. She wanted someone to look after her apartment, make sure the rent was paid, do minor maintenance, and find new people if anyone moved out. Her only rule was that she only wanted girls since she thought boys were too rowdy. I was pretty happy with that, a guy living with three girls.
