I was headed next door, to my sister-in-law's apartment, to help her out because she had recently had surgery and couldn't do much. I was off from work, so I had plenty of time on my hands. I had been going over to her apartment each day, checking on her and helping her out with whatever I could, to make things a little easier for her. I wasn't sure if she appreciated it or not, but I was doing my best.

You see, her and me always had a tumultuous relationship. Some days we loved each other, and some days we couldn't stand each other. She always had a very nasty attitude, and everyone around her had a tough time getting along with her. I always tried my hardest, because I really liked her in more ways than one. I had known her for a long time and had often fantasized about her. She was a thick, curvy woman, with a big ass that you would love to slap. I had wanted to fuck her, since the first day I had met her. My wife, her sister, knew exactly how I felt and didn't mind. We had a very honest relationship and had given each other permission to do things with others, if the situation had ever presented itself. She had a few fantasies of her own, and had already fucked my best friend a few times, so she didn't care if I tried to fuck her sister. She knew I would never leave her, for her sister, so it wasn't a problem.

I let myself in, and headed upstairs to her apartment, where I found her lying in bed. She was watching TV, and tried to get up to greet me, but couldn't. She was still a bit sore, and groggy from all the meds she was on. I told her to relax and went into the kitchen to make her breakfast.

Once I was done cooking breakfast, I took it to the bedroom, where she enjoyed it. She sat up and watched TV, while I puttered around the house, tidying the place up. My nieces were in school and had left the place upside down. I had been doing this for the last two weeks or so and it wasn't really a big deal to me. It was nice to spend some quality time with Raquel and try to fix our weird relationship.

I spent about two hours cleaning the place up, vacuuming and all the good stuff. Once I was done, I headed back into the bedroom to see how she was doing, and she was laying back and watching TV. I finished up with her, and told her that I was going back next-door, and if she needed anything, to just shoot me a text. She thanked me repeatedly, which was nice to hear, before I headed back to my place.

The next morning, once my son left for school, and my wife was on her way to work, I headed next door to check on Raquel. Like I had done before, I let myself in, and tended to her. She seemed to appreciate what I was doing, and I wanted to think the same.

After tidying up the place, and tending to some stuff online for her, I went into the bedroom, to see how she was feeling. She was lying in bed, and asked me if I could help her up, so she could walk around a bit. She also wanted to change her clothes, so I helped her up. We walked over to the dresser, where she got some clothes, and then slowly walked through the apartment, to the bathroom. I waited outside the door, in case she needed any help, but she managed to dress herself.

She soon opened the bathroom door, and came out wearing a summer dress, which showed a touch of cleavage. I was a bit surprised that she would put a dress on, to lay in bed, but didn't really think a whole lot of it. I helped her walk around the place for a bit, and she told me it felt good to move around. After a little while, we headed back into the bedroom so she could lie back down.

Once she was laying down, I went and got her meds so she could take them. She popped the meds and then laid back and relaxed, while telling me that her legs were sore. I asked if she wanted me to rub them, and she smiled, while asking me if I wouldn't mind. I said sure and grabbed a bottle of lotion and began to rub her feet.

I took my time, working the lotion into her feet and could hear soft moans coming from her. I asked her if it felt good, and she replied that it really did. We chatted, and as we did, she started to giggle a bit. I giggled back and asked her what was up, and she told me that the meds that they had given her, gave her a real weird reaction. I asked what it was, and she told me that on top of making her feel loopy, the meds also put her in a very interesting mood. I responded, telling her
