My husband Jake's college friend Rich asked if he could stay about a week with us, for a video game competition that he was invited to participate in. Now we haven't seen Rich since our wedding, which was just over three years ago, but he and Jake were inseparable in college. I got to know him on my weekend visits with Jake, and our friendship was strictly platonic when the three of us socialized, with the usual doses of playful flirting.
