It was a sunny summer afternoon, and I was tidying up the house, when I noticed someone pulling into the driveway next-door. The house had just been sold, and I had yet to see anybody on the property. I looked out of the window and saw a small moving truck backing into the driveway. Once it was parked, the driver got out and walked around to the back of the truck. He looked to be in his early 50s, with a very nice build, and very dark skin. He was a good-looking guy, and I assumed that he was the new owner. He opened the back of the truck, and began to carry some boxes into the house, while I went back to doing what I was doing.

A few hours later, I headed out my side door, which exits into the driveway next-door, to take some trash out to the yard, and as I walked out the door, I heard someone call out to me. I turned back, and saw my new neighbor standing in the driveway, with his hand held out. I walked over, and shook his hand, as he introduced himself, telling me his name was Robert, and he was my new neighbor. I introduced myself as well, and the two of us chatted for a minute or so. He was a businessman, who worked in the city, but didn't want to live there, so he had been looking around for a while, and got of good deal on the house. He came across as very friendly, outgoing, and was certainly a very good-looking guy. I told him a little about myself as well, letting them know that I worked in the local school system, and was a married mother of one.
