She looked up at him with a slight smile. "That *is* what the nametag says, yes."

Her tone was friendly but his cheeks still warmed with embarrassment. He took her statement as an excuse to look at her chest. Perky tits, nametag, soft, smooth skin... He dragged his eyes back to her face. Her expression was amused, but not mocking. "What will it be, Bill?"

How did she know .. oh, right. He managed to get his order out without stammering, and paid without dropping his wallet or otherwise looking like a complete idiot. He stepped aside to wait, staring at his phone so he could avoid staring at her. He kept remembering how she looked in just a t-shirt, her very nice legs...

"Here you go, Bill." He came out of his reverie to take the cup and turned to go. No, wait, that felt like running away. Best to sit, then leave in a few minutes.

He was just finishing the drink when Jessie came to the table and sat down across from him. Her apron was gone, she was obviously off shift.

"So how have you been, Bill? Work treating you OK?"

He gave a little chuckle. "As great a pizza delivery ever gets. Kind of shorthanded since Cheryl quit. But you probably know about that."

Jessie nodded. "She was so happy to graduate and get a regular job. The number of customers who would hit on her... of course her office has the same, but she at least knows who she has to deal with."

Bill felt a little annoyed. *He* never got hit on at work...but then he wasn't a tall slender redhead with long, smooth legs and freckles across her chest... He dragged his attention back to Jessie. "I can see that could be a bother. She's very attractive, like you." He realized what he had said, and opened his mouth to apologize...she was smiling.

"Thank you very much, sir. I'm not on the clock, so I won't be annoyed. And Cheryl really appreciated you keeping quiet."

"Keeping quiet? No problem. Why wouldn't I?"

"Some men can't keep their mouths shut." She pursed her lips. "So do you want to drop by her place sometime? Hang out a little, maybe have a pizza you didn't have to snag from a prank order?"

He felt his face light up. "Oh, sure!" A momentary fantasy crossed his mind, ridiculous, no way a pair of beautiful lesbians would... "Um, when?"

"She'll give you a call, she still has your number from work." Jessie stood. "See you later, Bill, it was nice talking to you."

Jessie checked the peephole on the second knock. Bill, right on time. She undid the chain and opened the door a crack.

"Oh, you're early. Cheryl told me you would be here at 6."

Bill froze for a second. He was *sure* she said 5:30. "I'm sorry, I can come back..."

Jessie opened the door and stood behind it, her head peeping out the side. "No, come in. Not your fault, she's terrible at remembering times."

Bill stepped in and turned to shut the door. Jessie was still holding it in front of her. She looked embarrassed. "Um, could you go in the living room? I'm just out of the shower."

He smiled at the thought of what she might - of might not be - wearing behind the door. "Sure. And I won't peek."
