Rent Matthew

Chapter 1 - Short on Rent (1/2)

Gordon Klein, a 36-year-old attorney, owned a sizable property in London that he partially leased to students attending the nearby university. Gordon chose to rent out the rooms not so much for the additional income, but for the indirect benefits that it provided.

Half-naked young men and girls frequented his residence during weekend parties, where the hot tub was a main attraction. Wet and glistening, the youthful eye candies were good for his health and never-ending hard-on.

Cautious about the impact that it could have on his private practice, Gordon kept his desires largely to himself. After all, he was a reputable attorney with a fairly conservative clientele.

While renting out the rooms on the first two floors, Gordon kept the entire third floor to himself.

It all started when 18-year-old Matthew entered the room while Gordon was watching a movie. Seeing the college student in shorts and a T-shirt was too much for the attorney. He could see the outline of Matthew's fit body beneath the loose-fitting clothes.

"Gordon, do you have a minute?"

Gordon looked up.

"I don't know how to tell you this ... but I'm gonna be short on rent this month. I can give you 300 pounds today, but will need another week for the remaining 200. Will you be okay with this?"

"No worries, Matthew."

"Thanks, man. I thought you would be upset at me or something, maybe even kick me out ...."

"Over 200 pounds?"

"For what I'm getting ... you've already been generous with me."

Gordon dismissed the explanation because he was too preoccupied with checking the kid out.

"Do you mind if I use the shower upstairs?" asked Matthew.

As he watched the kid climb the stairs, Gordon couldn't take his eyes off of the shape of Matthew's bubble butt. Hoping to get another look, the attorney waited anxiously.

Twenty minutes later, Gordon was shocked to see Matthew descend the stairs with only a towel wrapped around his waist. The kid had what is considered a sleeper body. He was completely ripped.

"I hope you don't mind ... I borrowed your towel."

As Matthew headed for his room, Gordon was able to catch a glimpse of the teenager's small waist and slender backside.

Gordon rushed upstairs. While the images were still fresh in his mind, he intended to jerk off in private.

After showering, Gordon bolted for his room and immediately got to work on releasing his pent-up desires. However, the attorney was soon interrupted.

"Who's there! Matthew ... is that you?"
