Rent Matthew

Chapter 4 - Substitute Payment

The next month, Matthew came home with an attractive blonde. By the time she left, Gordon's tenant was worn out. However, it was time to pay the rent again.

The moment he stepped into his landlord's room wearing nothing but shorts and a tank top, Matthew garnered Gordon's full attention.

"Sorry I'm late. I had a guest over."

"I heard," retorted Gordon.

Though he held his anger back, the attorney was upset. In fact, he had heard them loud and clear the entire evening.

"Sorry about that," apologized Matthew.

"Are you dating her?"

Matthew was surprised by the question, as it was a bit personal.

"Madison and I are still getting to know each other. Turns out she's also from the States."

Gordon didn't engage further. He was still upset.

Meanwhile, Matthew reached for the end of his shirt and pulled it over his head. The kid's body was covered in love marks.

"Gordon ... I know I still owe you for this month, but I'm a bit spent right now. I must have done it with her five times today. I don't think I'll be much use to you in this condition."

"Don't worry about it," replied Gordon, but what he was silently thinking to himself was ... "FIVE TIMES!!! So I'm not getting any tonight because she did! Who's paying the rent?"

Matthew sensed that Gordon wasn't in a good mood. Since he was at fault, the college student decided to pacify his landlord.

"If you can wait until tomorrow, then I'll have something for you. But if you want something tonight, then you can have something else ...."

"We don't have to do it tonight."

"Are you sure?"

"Yes," muttered Gordon.

Matthew picked up his shirt and pulled it on. Then he headed for the door. As he turned the knob, Gordon interrupted.

"Is that what you want?"

"I'm indifferent," replied Matthew.

"If you're indifferent ... then I wouldn't mind fucking you."

Matthew: "..."

The college student didn't know what to say. Rent was due, but he was not in the right condition to perform his usual task. To placate his landlord, who was angry, Matthew had unwittingly agreed to something that he probably shouldn't have. Since it was a bit too late to back out now, he decided to get it over with.

Matthew quickly undressed and got on the bed. His dick was a bit swollen from his recent extracurricular activities with Madison.

Gordon reached for the light switch, and it became dark all of a sudden. Though the door was closed, it was unlocked.
