Chapter 12 – The Farmhand

Jose was one of the regular farmhands that Matthew’s family employed over the years. He was also someone that Matthew looked up to as a big brother.

At 25 years old, Jose was seven years older than Matthew. He was just as hard working and kind-hearted as his uncle and aunt, who raised him.
