Fun With the Office Staff-Part 3 By Paul

I continued to be employed by the law firm as I continued to study toward my eventual degree and pass the Bar exam. Mike, Ken and I worked together like a real team. Believe it or not, not a word was spoken at the office about any of our ‘extra curricular’activities with one another. This was fine with me, as I had many dates and encounters with both of them.

Mike had eventually passed the bar and was made a junior partner with the firm. I moved into the position as the para-legal, which meant that I would get the chance to have a choice in selecting my own assistant.

The day that was set aside to interview the potential new staff assistant was a Monday. It goes without saying that we folks in high stress jobs enjoy our weekends and hate Mondays. After my usual three cups of coffee, I had a list of 5 individuals scheduled to be interviewed between 8am and noon. I had had a very busy weekend with muchdrinking and sex, and was not in the mood to put up with some smart ass 20-something that thought that he or she owned the right to a job.
