I was still a virgin.

That might not have seemed a peculiar thing to you, but the way the other boys in my Class talked, I was in a minority of one!

You can imagine I felt pretty inadequate as they talked about things I didn't even begin to understand. I had never been that close to a girl, apart from the odd school dance, and although I used to get strange feelings in my groin when I was slow dancing I didn't really understand why!
