*bleep bleep bleep* The insistent ringing of my alarm woke me, and I peeked my eyes out from under the covers. "Is it 6 already?" 6am? I sat up with a start, and asked Winney, my roommate, what the date was.

"Wednesday, of course. Isn't that what generally comes after Tuesday?" Her voice was laced with heavy sleep.

"Haha. You're so funny at 6am." I rolled my eyes and laughed gently at her. *What a dream that was. Secret room indeed. Like Dr. Jerry would really want me like that.* I chided myself. *But what a story it would make.* Lightbulbs and whistles went off in my head, and as I got ready for work, I put the backbones of the dream back together so I could write them down later.

I was about to walk out the door when Winney reminded me that she was going to stay at her boyfriend's house that night. They had been doing Wednesday and Thursday nights at his place for as long as we had been roommates, and that was two years. That thought made me snicker at the dream even more. Me and Winney virgins? She had long ago lost hers and never looked back. I'd had one brief encounter my senior year of high school at the prom that I had regretted ever since. I laughed aloud then, and left, leaving her wondering what I was laughing about.

The day drug by until 4:30 finally came and I headed up to the computer lab. I quickly typed the dream, almost verbatim. It was fairly easy ...
