The room fell silent for a moment. Everyone turned to look at me. I sat, tied to the chair, my raging erection held in check by a leather strap, feeling more vulnerable than I ever had in my life. That would soon change.

There was a knock at the door. At first, I thought it might be just another surprise guest my wife had invited, but her reaction told me otherwise. Her eyes widened, and she looked wildly around the room.
