Dr. Bell was a unique dentist. Not because his practice had moved so many times but mainly because he was one of the few dentists who used Nitrous Oxide or laughing gas as a regular part of his practice.

He advertised that it was for the patient's comfort but it also was perfect to practice his own perversions on those exceptionally beautiful patients. He didn't really need to.
