"Here's the results of my physical," said Alice, handing Mitch the manila envelope. "Doc said that you'd like it."

Mitch opened and looked it over. "Very interesting. You did very well. Have a seat by my desk and we'll discuss business."

Mitch turned on his computer and began typing. When he finished, he printed 2 pages and handed them to Alice.

"I want you to look it over. If there's anything that you don't like, let me know. If you do approve of the contract, sign both at the bottom. You can keep one and I'll keep one here in the office."

"What's not to like," said Alice, "You'll pay me for being a student, I'll have my own apartment at no cost to me, and I can shop at any of your stores in this building and get great discounts. I do have a question about this last part, though."

"I know what you're going to ask. Why tell no one about this place. For you to understand, it would be hard to put into words that you would believe."
