I suppose I'd better start by introducing myself. My name's Stanley and at the time this story took place I was 18 and in my last year of high school. I have longish, curly brown hair, gray eyes, I wear glasses, I'm 5'9" and I weigh about 200lbs. That is the problem that started this whole thing off: my weight. I was rather ashamed of how fat I was, but I knew enough to know that I wasn't that bad off. However I just hated to look at myself in the mirror after a shower and see that beer belly hanging out. My main problem was that I didn't have any self control. I knew that I wanted to lose weight, but I kept on eating junk food and never enough vegetables and I rarely ever exercised. I accredited this as one of the reasons why I could never get a date; no girl wanted to date a fat guy.

Well halfway through the school year I decided that I was going to lose some weight, but I wanted the quick fix, 'cause I just couldn't get myself to diet and exercise. I heard rumors that there was this herbal ...
