Videos are available in several versions/sizes. Obviously the bigger ones are better quality, but take longer to download.

The lower quality versions in MP4 should work well on mobile devices.

You can also click on the image and play the video directly in your browser, just like you can on Youtube.
Note: some videos are high quality, so they are large and you may not be able to stream these straight in your browser. The best thing to do is download them first (right click on the verion you want to download and choose "save target as.." or "save links as..").
