Some of you know, some of you don't know that my stories are all true.

A couple of weeks ago I posted about my old boss and I running into an acquaintence..Steve, the Game Warden. It's under No Pants Lance.

Being semi-retired, I spend a lot of my time hunting or fishing, which means I am in the woods and on the stream banks alot. I meet alot of people pursuing these activities. One of which is Game Warden Steve, I think I refered to him as a friend in the first story, which is a mistake, we are acquaintences.

Yesterday, was a beautiful day, I decided to head to a nearby trout stream, and see if I could catch some dinner.

Sneaking along the bank, trying to keep my shadow from falling over the water, I flipped a 1/16oz rooster tail into the water, from my Ultra Light Shimano spooled with 2lb test. I had 2 fat little Brown trout in my creel, when I heard a voice identifying himself as a Conservation Officer demanding that I come up to the road.

Fighting my way thru the greenbriars and brush, muttering obscenties to myself I noticed the Game Warden seemed to be Steve. He had his head poked in the cab of his truck, preoccupied with something as I approached.
