Todd sat in a low chair in a hallway, a makeshift waiting area at the Alpha Phi sorority house. It was early afternoon and the house was mostly deserted. Another guy had arrived about fifteen minutes before and sat down next to him. A couple of girls had passed through the hallway about ten minutes earlier, but so far no one had gone in our out of the room he was waiting outside of. A third guy entered the hallway and walked over to where they were sitting. He checked his watch, stared at the door for a moment, then finally sat down.
