The late April Saturday afternoon was crisp and unseasonably warm. Spring lilies were prominent as Edmond and Emily strolled through the historic Boston common. It was the third Saturday they'd shared and they both could feel a closeness growing between them. "Oh Edmond, those art works were so lovely at the Athenæum.
