Breakdown Chapter 7 (Really) Jail Jeopardy

Timeline and counting. I misnumbered two previous submissions. This is the real Chapter 7. The real five was mislabled 6 and the real six mislabled 7. Timeline Hubby hit the sack after 04:30 AM and in the story we are now just past 8:00 AM so it is hardly beyond the realm of reason that Chuck is still sleeping.
