Having worked in marketing and sales the last several years, and still being quite young at 26 years of age, I decided to move onto something slower paced, yet all the same challenging.

I looked for a suitable job on the ‘net', and eventually happened upon a manageress job at a wine bar, which I immediately applied for; including with my CV a rather glowing cover letter that was well received.
