Rent Matthew

Chapter 2 - Short on Rent (2/2)

After swallowing his tenant's load, Gordon put on a robe and went to the bar to fix himself a drink. Staring at the beautiful youth on his bed, the attorney was struck by what he saw.

Matthew had pulled himself further up the mattress and leaned back. The kid's body was propped up from behind by several pillows. Without any clothes on, his killer abs were in full display.

"Matthew ... have you done this before?"

"Not with a guy and never for money."

"You've never been with a guy before?"

"Nah, you're the first."

Gordon was proud to be the kid's first. At the same time, he continued to stare at the naked teenager on his bed.

"Dude, do you ever consider taking a break from staring?"

Gordon looked away, but his eyes drifted back. Even though the attorney tried his best not to stare, he couldn't help himself.

"Just try to not be so obvious in front of the other tenants."

"Sure, Matthew."

"You can start that tomorrow. Right now ... I don't mind."

Gordon: "..."

"Actually, it's better if you look at me now, when I don't have any clothes on, so you can get over it."

Gordon found the kid's deep voice more seductive than his reasoning.

"So am I what you expected?" asked Matthew.

"What ... do you mean?"

Matthew could see the obvious tent in his landlord's robe.

"From the look of it ... you must like what you see."

Embarrassed, Gordon adjusted himself so that the tent in his pants was less conspicuous.

"Can I ask you a personal question?" asked Matthew.

"Sure."

"How many tenants have you slept with so far?"

Gordon choked on his drink.

"Don't misunderstand. I've never done anything with a tenant before. I also don't normally think of my tenants that way."

"Sure you don't. They're all young, the type you seem to like."

"Really ...."

"I'm just kidding with you, man."

"This may sound weird ... but I've been attracted to you ever since the first day I met you."

Matthew's expression grew serious.

"Gordon, I want to be upfront and make it clear this is just business.
