After my fourth and final 12 hour shift in a row, I was exhausted as I tried to open the door to my block of flats and sighed my ‘thanks’ when a young woman, dressed for a night on the town in a slinky green body hugging dress and heels, held the door so I could squeeze through with three bags of shopping.
