Chapter 39 – The Hotel Guest
Gordon agreed to help Matthew search for his father, but the search would take time, possibly 1-2 weeks. A private detective was engaged to carry out much of the initial groundwork.
To compensate Gordon for his help, Matthew offered to take over some of Jeremy’s former “responsibilities.” It was a fairly straightforward chore that only took 30 minutes to complete, but there was a catch. He had to do it shirtless.
Jeremy, Gordon’s previous tenant, used to iron Gordon’s clothes in return for a weekly allowance. Matthew declined the cash allowance, but did accept free lodging. In fact, he moved into Jeremy’s old room.
Thereafter, Matthew’s household chore became the highlight of Gordon’s week, every week. It was a visual treat to watch the kid iron his clothes without his shirt on. For 30 minutes every week, Gordon had a legitimate excuse to feast his eyes on every inch of the boy’s smooth chest and ripped abs.
Although sex wasn’t a part of the deal, the private show was something that money couldn’t buy. It was also more regular than his previous housing arrangement with Matthew, which was monthly. The weekly entertainment provided plenty of masturbation material for Gordon to consume afterwards.
While the kid ironed, they would often talk, which Gordon enjoyed.
“The detective collected quite a bit of info so far, which will be useful as we investigate the leads and put the pieces together. Would you like to take a look at the file?” asked Gordon.
“Maybe another time?”
“What have you been up to lately?”
“Mostly part-time gigs. I’ve been trying to save up.”
“Do you want to earn extra?”
“What do you have in mind?”
“Some cold, hard cash in return for ….”
“You’re such a perv!”
“Don’t tell me you don’t want it. Should I pull out my stack of cash?”
“And what do you expect me to do, give you a private lap dance? Let you stuff money in my pants?”
“Would you?”
Instead of responding, Matthew glared at Gordon.
It was fun to tease the kid. It reminded Gordon of the good old days when Matthew was his tenant, except back then … it was Matthew who used to regularly tease Gordon.
“But seriously, if you need money let me know. I know you don’t accept charity, but I’m sure we can work something out.”
“Thanks, Gordon. I appreciate you looking out for me, but I wanna do this on my own.”

Although Matthew slept at Gordon’s house, he didn’t actually spend much time there. The kid was busy juggling multiple part-time jobs at the same time, many of which were short-term assignments. Bike messenger or errand boy during the day, busboy or bartender at night, he wasn’t picky. No matter how hard the work was, the kid had no complaints,
