Okay, so it was 1987 on the Greek Island of Spetses aka Spetsai. I had a week long engagement playing bass with a soul covers band, the name of which escapes me but it had the word "Soul" in it. Might have been Soul Brothers. Anyway, it was a large outfit, with brass and backing singers, and we had this week long residency at a Hotel, the largest in the capital, possibly called Hotel Spetses at the time.

On the second or third night when I was called up to do my featured spot, which was to sing lead on some Four Tops number, Walk Away Renee, probably.... when I noticed her dancing at the front.

This woman was called Linda Wilson (real name) and she was from Hackney in London, she was on holiday there with a mate of hers who if memory serves was also called Linda, hence "BIG LINDY" and little Linda, or LL as I will denote her. Big Lindy was about five foot six, I suppose, very dark hair cut short, a la Demi Moore in that Michael Douglas movie. Now Demi's tits are shop bought, but the ones Big Lindy had crammed into a white t shirt, were, I was later to find, 100% flesh ...
