I was in my bedroom getting ready to head over to my school for an event late one afternoon. I often ran events at the school since I was the head of my department, and enjoyed doing so because it got me out of the house, and let me socialize with others. As I was getting dressed, slipping on a pair of tights, along with a nice top, my husband asked where I was going. I reminded him that I had another event tonight, and he said he wanted to come. I instantly regretted telling him, because he only came to these events, to socialize with other women who were attending the events as well. It aggravated me, but there was nothing I could really do about it. My husband considered himself to be a ladies man, and often fraternized with other women. I tended to look the other way, because he made a lot of money, and I knew I couldn't leave him. He worked for a corporate company, and associated with some of the best lawyers in the area. I really couldn't afford a divorce and honestly, I enjoyed spending his money. Since I didn't bother him about fraternizing, he didn't bother me about the spending, and somehow we made it work. The only unfortunate thing was that he didn't pay a lot of attention to me, so I wasn't getting much love and affection at home. It bugged me, but I wasn't about to fight it. We had our special moments, but nothing like it used to be.

Once I was dressed, we headed out to the car, to go over to the school. It was only a few minutes away so we arrived pretty quickly. We headed inside, and after greeting some of my coworkers, I did what I had to do and immediately became busy, while my husband disappeared, to wander ...
